I appreciate your support so much and my greatest wish is for all who need these beautiful words and melodies, to have access to them. If you feel moved to do so, please do share with your friends, families, contacts and people who would love this little meditative album.

All the words in these songs are from the Bahá'i Writings, by Bahá'u'lláh, The Báb and Abdu'l-Báha.

The melodies and harmonies come to my mind in an interesting way... often when I have prayed for and asked for a lovely melody, it will just seem to float into my consciousness! I am always grateful when this happens.

I wanted to make this an immersive experience, where the listener can lay their head down and relax and be carried away into nature, into dreams. It is perfect for bedtime, for all ages, for a devotional, for a meditation space.

A suggestion is to light some candles, prepare a simple and beautiful space, with some comfortable cushions, maybe the scent of your favourite perfume, candle or diffuser... dim the lights or put fairy lights in the space and let yourself and your friends feel warm, welcomed and at peace. For the best effect, try to enable the sound to surround you (with your best speakers!) and then press play, and enjoy the immersive experience.

This is, of course, a recommendation! I hope you will try it to see what happens!

* IMPORTANT * Please note, as this is a meditative album, do not listen to this whilst driving. It can make you feel very sleepy, calm and relaxed - so please save the experience for when you are not moving in a vehicle or operating machinery.

There are nine songs for you to enjoy interwoven with the sounds of nature for pure relaxation and meditation. You can either listen to each track separately or 'Track 10' is the whole experience.

If you feel moved to write to me, I would truly love to hear about your experiences whilst listening and if you permit, I can share those thoughts with other listeners too.
